Refunds and Replacements:

- Faulty
- Corrupted or unusable
- Not as described in the product listing
You are entitled to request a replacement file at no extra cost.
If the issue cannot be resolved with a repair or replacement within a reasonable time, or if the resolution causes significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a partial refund or price reduction in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exclusions:
Refunds are not offered for:
- reasons of change of mind
- personal preference
- incompatibility if system requirements were clearly stated
- incompatibility with school, institution or local authority policy or guidelines
